Returns and Exchanges
Returns: If you're not satisfied with your Sunskis for any reason, you can return them to us or exchange them within 60 days unused, and in all its original packaging. If you steal the sticker inside the box though, we won't come after you. We will process a refund for the item itself, but not for shipping. A restocking fee of $5 will be charged to the same credit card for a return, not an exchange. Thanks for understanding!
Exchanges: are a sinch too! Just use the same returns portal with the link below, and you will be able to choose which pair you want to exchange for right away - plus you'll get 5$ off your purchase if you do decide to exchange right then and there. Once the warehouse receives your returned Sunskis, they will automatically create another order for you with the pair you want in exchange - no additional cost on shipping - E-mail confirmation and all. Exchanged products are final sale and cannot be returned once received, so please keep that in mind!
Please note, that if you used a discount or a credit from your rewards account that they cannot be re-applied for another purchase if you return or exchange.
If you scored new sunnies during our sale periods, please note that the sale price will not be matched for exchanged items after 30 days from purchase date. Thank you for understanding!
For international orders, we'll refund your order if you cover the return shipping cost within the same 60-day window. Unfortunately, we can't offer return shipping labels for international returns at this time.

If you were GIFTED Sunskis and would like to exchange them, please send them to our company address below with a note explaining which pair you would like in return, your e-mail and return address. The person who gifted your Sunskis to you will never know, we promise.
