Returns and Exchanges

If you submitted your warranty before March 19th and are wondering on the status, get in touch with us and will get you squared away! 


At this time, we are pausing ALL returns and exchange functions.  But don't worry!! We will bring them back.  If you recently bought shades and want to eventually return or exchange them, make sure to keep them in their original packaging un-worn.  Our warehouse situation is a bit in flux right now due to all the closures that are going on because of COVID-19 lockdowns, so we are not sure what capacities we will have in the near future. Our warehouses are now taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of the folks working there, and of our customers, so we want to be extra extra careful.  


Once these services come back in full swing and we can ensure the safety of our warehouse staff, we will recommence returns and exchanges and waive our 30 day return policy so you can go ahead and carry that out!
